Favorite Books
From time to time, I’ll come across a book, program or whatever that I think is significant to the person who wants to take on the challenge of weight loss and ultimately, lifestyle changes. These books will have had a huge impact on my own journey to a new and better me. I will not promote junk here for the sake of the all mighty dollar (many of these you can borrow from the library). While I may not agree 100% with author’s views (and I will state that in the review of each book), I will have found their philosophy basically “in sync” with mine.
