To Tea or Not to Tea

Drinking tea has been associated with many health benefits in addition to enhancing weight loss and fighting belly fat though certain types have been found to be more effective than others.

I’ve tried a number of different teas geared for cleansing and losing weight over the years and I’ve narrowed it down to my top three favorites. I’ve categorized these as the best weight loss teas because I felt great and less bloated when drinking the tea daily and I could physically see results. Keep in mind, you need to eat healthy and exercise to see noticeable results but I definitely feel these aided in reaching my weight loss goals.

#1: FitTea 28 Day Detox

Drink every morning with or without breakfast, or right before a workout. Place 1 tea bag into a cup of hot water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.

This tea has a stronger taste than some but I really enjoy the flavor without adding honey or lemon.  I’m currently using this teatox and definitely recommend! I already feel less bloated and it does clean out the digestive system for sure.
